Virginia Hinkle, Dr. Hinkle’s wife, founded Dragons Care, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where she serves as the board chair and president. This organization is committed to supporting the teachers, staff, and School Resource Officers of Carroll ISD during times of personal hardship, whether due to illness, injury, or family tragedy.
