Virginia Hinkle, Dr. Hinkle’s wife, founded Dragons Care, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where she serves as the board chair and president. This organization is committed to supporting the teachers, staff, and School Resource Officers of Carroll ISD during times of personal hardship, whether due to illness, injury, or family tragedy.
Dragons Care exists to serve, support, and uplift the Carroll ISD staff in their time of need, recognizing the vital role they play in nurturing the next generation.
