Dr. Roth Hinkle

Virginia Hinkle—Business Manager
Virginia Hinkle is the Business Manager and Marketing Director at Hinkle Family Dental, where she works alongside her husband, Dr. Roth Hinkle. She oversees marketing, HR, city compliance, and day-to-day operations, bringing both heart and strategy to the practice.
A Baylor University graduate with a degree in Business, Virginia previously worked for Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity in Development, Marketing, and Volunteer Coordination.
A Southlake resident for 17 years, Virginia has been actively involved in the community. She served on the CISD Strategic Planning Committee, the CISD Communications Action Team, and is a graduate of Carroll Leadership for Supporting Success.
Virginia is also the founder and board chair of Dragons Care, a nonprofit that supports CISD staff facing personal hardships. Through this work, she helps bridge the gap between the community and local schools, offering support and encouragement during life’s most difficult moments.
She and Dr. Hinkle have two daughters, Audrey and Charlotte, who are both proud Dragons.
Laura Fabian—Dental Hygienist
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University. She strives to create a positive patient experience through her gentle and professional manner.
With 34 years of expertise in dental hygiene, Laura is a leader in delivering high-quality therapeutic cleanings and procedures to establish and maintain optimal periodontal health. She is passionate about the oral-systemic connection and is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy smile.
Laura is married and has a son and two stepdaughters. When not at work, Laura can often be found in her yard. She also enjoys being involved in her church, scrapbooking, and entertaining friends.
Shawn Milner—Lead Dental Assistant
Shawn brings more than two decades of expertise to the dental office. She has worked in cosmetic-focused practices, orthodontics, and oral surgery. Her passion lies in educating patients and making them feel at ease in the dental chair. In her free time, Shawn enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Brayelly Servellon—Dental Assistant
Brayelly is a Registered Dental Assistant with hands-on experience in both pediatric and general dentistry. Outgoing and caring, she’s known for her calm chairside manner and ability to help patients feel at ease. With a strong background in restorative procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and surgical support, Brayelly brings both clinical skill and a passion for creating healthy, happy smiles to every visit.
Julie Laymance—Front Office Supervisor
With 35 years of experience, Julie is the friendly face at our front desk, dedicated to getting to know our patients and assisting them with their insurance and treatment plans. She expertly manages appointment scheduling, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
When she’s not at the office, Julie loves spending quality time with her family. Her hobbies include visiting the gun range, hunting, fishing, attending rodeos, and riding horses. Her passion for life outside of work truly reflects her commitment to our community!
